Required Qualifications:
The successful candidate will have:
• Successfully completed this course or one similar
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
• An enthusiastic and professional attitude towards teaching
• Completed up-to-date Workplace Hazardous Materials Information System (WHIMIS) training
• Demonstrated competence working with Arduino board and in microcontroller programming
Preferred Qualifications:
Candidates meeting the required qualifications will be evaluated on the following criteria:
• Subject matter expertise including modeling, design and control; also, real-time or microcomputer interfacing
• Interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
• Teaching experience
• Teaching effectivenes
• Laboratory experience related to the course material, including experience with sensors, actuators, implementation, calibration and PLC software
