Qualifications
Required Qualifications: 
In MSc or PhD program in Animal Biosciences. Substantive knowledge of the gut microbiome research field. Previous completion of this course or a similar gut microbiome course. Excellent interpersonal, writing and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications: 
In MSc or PhD in animal biology, microbiology or related field. Substantive knowledge of animal gut physiology and microbiology. Previous experience performing gut microbiome analyses (QIIME2, Mothur, DADA2). Excellent coding, bioinformatic and statistical analysis skills.
