Qualifications
Required Qualifications: 
The successful candidate will have: • Successfully completed this course or one similar • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills • An enthusiastic and professional attitude towards teaching • Demonstrated competence with 3-D modeling software (Solidworks, NX, etc.) • Excellent design and team skills
Preferred Qualifications: 
Candidates meeting the required qualifications will be evaluated on the following criteria: • Subject matter expertise, including physical phototyping use of Solidworks and 3D printing • Leadership in team environments, including management of interpersonal conflicts • Experience in engineering design, including generation and review of 2D mechanical drawings • Excellence in generating and assessing written reports and oral presentations • Teaching effectiveness, particularly in supporting the development of design competencies
