AS PART OF THE ORIENTATION PROCESS, IF YOU HAVEN'T ALREADY DONE SO, YOU WILL BE REQUIRED TO COMPLETE TWO ONLINE COURSES RELATED TO ACCESSIBILITY AND ONE WORKER HEALTH & SAFETY ONLINE COURSE. FURTHER INFORMATION WILL BE FORTHCOMING IN A SEPARATE EMAIL FROM THE ADMIN SECRETARY.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications: 
APPLICANTS MUST INCLUDE A COVER LETTER WHICH PROVIDES A DETAILED EXPLANATION OF EACH REQUIRED AND PREFERRED QUALIFICATION IN ADDITION TO THEIR RESUME. 1) Must be currently enrolled in a masters or doctoral degree program in History or a closely related field. 2) Substantive knowledge of course content, demonstrated by undergraduate or graduate coursework.
Preferred Qualifications: 
Enrollment in MA or PhD programme in History.
Days Required and Wages
Days and Times Required: 
LECTURES: M/W 2:30 - 3:20 pm. Attendance as required in consultation with the instructor. Each GTA will be required to lead seminar groups. The seminar times are as follows: SEMINARS: M 10:30-11:20 AM, M 12:30 PM - 1:20 PM, W 8:30 - 9:20 AM

Wage Rate (per hour, per semester, per Full-load 1.0 Work Assignment): 
GTA $49.43/hr; $6,924.98/semester effective 2025/26
