Required Qualifications: 
1) Must be a registered Fall 2026 University of Guelph GRADUATE student; 2)Must be able to meet all deadlines with accuracy, i.e., grading, invigilating, etc3) Successfully completed course or related SPMT courses with grade of 80% or higher OR strong knowledge of sport industry 4) Successfully completed course or related economic courses with grade of 80% or higher OR strong knowledge of economics
Preferred Qualifications: 
1) Department of Management Graduate Student, preferable PHD; 2) Previous TA experience; 3) Interest in / passion for sports and/or the sports industry
Days Required and Wages
Days and Times Required: 
Supervisor/TA Assignment of Work Agreement meeting (as scheduled by instructor). Lectures: Tuesday and Thursday 8:30 AM - 9:50 AM, Final Exam Period December 7th – 22nd 2026, and Final Grade Submission Period to January 7th, 2027. Please see Schedule of Dates in the Undergraduate Calendar.
Period of the Work Assignment (Start Date and End Date): 
September 8, 2026 to January 7, 2027
Wage Rate (per hour, per semester, per Full-load 1.0 Work Assignment): 
GTA $47.87/hr; $6,707.00/semester effective 2024/25
