When applying for this work assignment, please be aware that the course is being delivered in REMOTE format. Candidate will be required to work remotely, primarily via the University's CourseLink system, during regular University instructional hours (8:30am to 10:00pm EST) as required. This contract will begin on August 24 and end December 24, 2020. You will be paid for 140 hours of work over this period, of which between 8 and 15 paid hours will be for additional training to help you prepare for the mode of delivery of the course for which you will be TAing. This additional training will be specified by your supervisor and may include online training modules as well as online college or departmental orientations. Additional hours will likely be available during the course of this work assignment. Details will be communicated to you by your supervisor.

Qualifications
Required Qualifications: 
Applicants must be a University of Guelph registered MA or PhD student and should have some familiarity with the subject matter relevant to the course; excellent communication skills (oral and written); knowledge of grammar and a superior writing style.
Preferred Qualifications: 
Preference will be given to students in a Philosophy program.
