Due to the dynamic nature of the response to the novel coronavirus moving into the upcoming semester, the following additional requirements and information are imposed: * Location/Availability: Work location will vary based on current guidance. Applicants should indicate their availability for each scenario, if possible. * Candidates will be required to work remotely, primarily via the University’s CourseLink system, during regular University instructional hours (8:30 AM to 10:00 PM EST), or as required specifically by the teaching duties imposed. It is anticipated that the required work hours will be centred around North American timezones.

Qualifications
Required Qualifications: 
• As per the Collective Agreement, must be enrolled as a student in the Summer 2021 semester. • Must be available to support scheduled office hours throughout the entire semester. Office hours will be provided to students online. • Must have excellent writing skills and be able to effectively critique student assignments in writing. • The ability to communicate advanced programming concepts to students effectively, both verbally and in writing. • Considerable experience writing code using HTML and CSS. • Knowledge of principles of design, with respect to webpage design. • Ability to answer student queries, and manage an online forum. • Ability to grade assignments, and use online Courselink rubrics.
Preferred Qualifications: 
• Some experience creating websites, either in HTML/CSS, or content management systems such as Wordpress.
Days Required and Wages
Days and Times Required: 
Times required are anticipated to be primarily be centred around North American standard timezones when students are most active. This applies to other student-TA interactions, such as office hours, coordinating with the instructor, etc.; however, times will vary based on student activity.
Period of the Work Assignment (Start Date and End Date):
