Successfully completed this course, or one similar, with a grade of at least 80% Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills Demonstrated experience with on-line systems for grading and providing feedback on student work An enthusiastic and professional attitude towards teaching A well-articulated strategy for supporting students in a Distance Education course

Preferred Qualifications: Candidates meeting the required qualifications will be evaluated on the following criteria: • Subject matter expertise which could include complementary courses in business economics • Interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills and good time management • Teaching effectiveness, including effective use of online systems for grading and feedback
