Other Duties Described: 
With support and training provided by the CSAHS Dean’s Office and the Community Engaged Scholarship Institute (CESI), graduate students will conduct a best practice scan, conduct consultations, and write a recommendation report regarding the best practices in operations, structure, format, funding, and potential models for implementing the CSAHS mentorship program for BIPOC students.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications: 
Graduate student in the College of Social and Applied Human Sciences Excellent professional communication skills (written and oral) Strong diplomacy with diverse stakeholders Exceptional attention to detail This position is open to Black and Indigenous candidates as agreed by the University and CUPE 3913 to pursue Employment Equity goals. The College seeks candidates who are Black or Indigenous graduate students in CSAHS. Please self-identify in your application package. Eligible candidates will be appointed in accordance with Article 11.04 of the Unit 1 Collective Agreement between the University and CUPE 3913.
