Other Duties Described: 
As assigned. *Due to the PANDEMIC, GTA duties will potentially change as the semester progresses depending upon the needs of the Chemistry Department.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications: 
Applicants must: a) be enrolled in a graduate program, b) have completed a B.Sc. degree in chemistry, c) have experience teaching in chemistry laboratories, and d) be able to demonstrate previous satisfactory teaching performance. Applicants must also have competent oral presentation skills. Applicants must also be able to provide documentation indicating they have completed the following training programs: Lab Safety Training (EHS), WHMIS Training (EHS), Worker Health & Safety Awareness (EHS), Accessible Service Provision (CourseLink) and Making Education Accessible (CourseLink). Selection of successful candidates will be made in accordance with Article 11.06 of the CUPE 3913-1 collective agreement. Assignments to particular courses will be made in accordance with departmental needs and procedures.
