Required Qualifications: 
**Ensure the following Qualifications are highlighted at the beginning of your CV so the Selection Committee may easily view when evaluating Applications**: 1) Registered Winter 2022 University of Guelph Graduate student; 2) See Days/Time Required below - Must be available Required Days and able to meet all deadlines with accuracy, ie grading, etc., 3) Strong knowledge of leadership theory; 4) Previous experience grading and working as a TA in an area of Management
Preferred Qualifications: 
**Ensure the following Qualifications are highlighted at the beginning of your CV so the Selection Committee may easily view when evaluating Applications**: 1) DoM Organizational Leadership PhD student or MA/MSc Management Student; 2) Successful previous experience as a TA for HROB*2010; 3) Registered in or completed MGMT*6200
Days Required and Wages
Days and Times Required: 
1 hour Supervisor/TA Assignment of Work Agreement meeting prior to Jan 13; Completion of three UofG-wide one-time only online administrative courses (one hour each) as soon as courses are made available to TA and each certificate of completion uploaded to TA Profile on the Academic Staff Work Assignment website; Preparation: Review Courselink Site Week 1 ( 1 hour), review assessment guidelines (1 hour); Email Correspondence: 0.5 hour weekly to students, 2 hours with instructor throughout semester; Meetings: Monthly throughout semester with instructor (3 hours); Grading: Unit Activities and Discussion Feb 7-14, Feb 15 -20, Feb 28 – March 7,March 21 -28, March 29 – April 4 (23 hours) as well as Personal Leadership Portfolio March 28 – April 10 (30 hours)
