Qualifications
Required Qualifications: 
**Ensure the following Qualifications are highlighted at the beginning of your CV so the Selection Committee may easily view when evaluating Applications**: 1) Registered University of Guelph W22 Graduate student; 2) Available to meet all applicable deadlines with accuracy, i.e., grading, etc. (See Required Days); 3) Completed an undergraduate degree in business or related field, ie organizational psychology, labour relations; 4) Experience as a TA grading written assignments
Preferred Qualifications: 
**Ensure the following Qualifications are highlighted at the beginning of your CV so the Selection Committee may easily view when evaluating Applications**: 1) DoM Graduate student; 2) Experience conducting research, taking courses, or performing job/volunteer work related to justice, equity, diversity, and/or inclusion; 3) Previous experience with a service learning or experiential learning course; 4) Previous successful experience in leadership positions
Days Required and Wages
Days and Times Required: 
Initial meeting prior to January 13; Completion of three UofG wide one-time only online Administrative courses as soon as courses are accessible to TA (before end of January); Student Consultation - 1 hour weekly; Email Correspondence/Monitoring - 1 hour weekly between Monday and Friday; Meetings - 1 hour with Instructor the week of March 14; Grading: 2 Assignments 45 hours each February 10 - 24 and March 31 - April 13; Project 19 hours April 5 - 18
Period of the Work Assignment (Start Date and End Date): 
January 6, 2022 to May 2, 2022
Wage Rate (per hour, per semester, per Full-load 1.0 Work Assignment): 
GTA $42.94/hr; $6014.68/semester effective 2021/22
