This course covers methods and approaches in nutrition education with particular emphasis on community programs in nutrition for different age groups; dietary counselling; nutrition education. THE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE WORK ASSIGNMENT ARE NOTED BELOW, HOWEVER, IN ADDITION BE AWARE OF THE FOLLOWING DETAILS/TASKS: (1) Grading of sequential written assignments throughout the semester requiring constructive feedback. (2) Final project to be graded in place of final examination.
