When applying for this work assignment, please be aware that the delivery of the Statistics Learning Centre will be in-person. Candidate will be required to work in-person during regular University instructional hours (8:30 AM to 10:00 PM EST) as required. Qualifications
Required Qualifications: 
As per the Collective Agreement, applicant must be registered as a full-time student in the Fall 2022 semester. Enrollment in a graduate program in Mathematics and Statistics or closely related program. A thorough understanding of the material in introductory level statistics courses (STAT*2040, STAT*2060, STAT*2080 and STAT*2120). The ability to tutor students helping them understand the material without doing the work for them.
Preferred Qualifications: 
Excellent communication skills. A familiarity with the material in STAT*2050 and STAT*2090 is preferred.

The schedule for the Statistics Learning Centre will be determined near the beginning of the semester.
