Other Course Description or Assignment Information: 
this position involves the collection and organization of music scores and resources. The GSA will transcribe and notate examples for use in music theory/musicianship classes and labs. applicants must have knowledge of Western tonal music, four-part harmony, and have previous experience with music notation software. Experience with jazz, popular music, and global music traditions would be an asset. Please Note: U of G has been returning to more conventional course delivery and offers in-person instruction for most courses. Qualifications
Required Qualifications: 
Applicants are required to have graduate level training and a working knowledge of Western tonal music, four-part harmony and music notation software
Preferred Qualifications: 
Experience with jazz, popular music, global music traditions. Enrolment in the IMPR program.
