Required Qualifications: 
**Ensure the following Qualifications are highlighted at the beginning of your CV so the Selection Committee may easily view when evaluating Applications**: 1) Must be a registered Winter 2023 University of Guelph UNDERGRADUATE student; 2) Must be available Required Days and able to meet all deadlines with accuracy, i.e., grading, invigilating, etc.; 3) Completed HROB3100 with a grade of 80% or higher; 4) Demonstrated knowledge and experience of leadership as evidenced through courses taken, trainings completed, and professional (paid or volunteer)
Preferred Qualifications: 
**Ensure the following Qualifications are highlighted at the beginning of your CV so the Selection Committee may easily view when evaluating Applications**: 1) Past successful experience working as a teaching assistant; 2) Experience of mentoring and providing feedback to students in a course format; 3) Past successful experience working as a MGMT1000 teaching assistant
Days Required and Wages
Days and Times Required: 
TA Assignment of Work Agreement meeting January 5-11 and signed Agreement forwarded to DoM Admin by mid January; Following Assignment of Work Agreement meeting and courses accessible to TA, completion of three UofG wide one-time only online Administrative courses (one hour each) and each certificate of completion uploaded to TA Profile on the Academic Staff Work Assignment website before end of January (if course(s) previously completed, hours will be allocated to another task); Attend Lectures 4 times in the term (days will be arranged with instructor) 5.5 hours total; Email Correspondence: Approximately 0.5 hours weekly; Grading: Self-Assessment and Development Report (approximately 25 hours) Grading period February 27th – March 10th, Group Project: (approximately 10 hours) Grading period March 27th – April 6th, Unit activities and discussions: (approximately 17 hours) Grading period January 27th , February 10th , March 3rd and March 17th; Invigilation: 2.5 hours per TA has been allocated to the Department of Management to invigilate other DoM courses’ final exams (April 13- 25) if required (if the DoM Academic Assistant confirms to you these invigilating hours are not required, the instructor will allocate these hours back to one of this course’s tasks, ie grading); Lecture: Tuesday and Thursday 1:00 - 2:20 p.m.
