Required Qualifications: 
The successful candidate will have: • Must be enrolled in the BENG.MECH or BENG.BME major (regular or co-op) • Successfully completed this course with a grade of at least 65% • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills •
Preferred Qualifications: 
Candidates meeting the required qualifications will be evaluated on the following criteria: • Proven experience in teaching or mentoring (e.g. peer helper or tutoring) • Interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills • Teaching effectiveness, especially with active and collaborative learning methods
