POPM*3240 examines the basic concepts of health and disease in populations. Qualifications
Required Qualifications: 
- Enrolled as a graduate student at the University of Guelph. - Background (and/or coursework/training) in epidemiology. - Demonstrated understanding of course content and learning objectives. - Strong written and verbal communication skills. - Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications: 
- Graduate training in epidemiology; previous teaching experience an asset. - Prior experience as a GTA or in a teaching/mentoring role. - Familiarity with the University of Guelph’s learning management systems (e.g., CourseLink). - Experience with grading, facilitating discussions, or supporting online/distance education. - Knowledge of academic integrity and accessibility best practices.
