Required Qualifications:
- Must be currently enrolled in a masters or doctoral degree program in Sociology and Anthropology or a closely related field.
- Interpersonal and/or communication skills.
- Practical or applied experience related to course content.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Experience grading (including online grading).
- Providing timely and accurate evaluation of student assignments aligning with marking rubric/scheme.
- Assessing and providing constructive feedback on oral and/or written work.
- Familiarity with feminist sociological and anthropological theories of gender and gendered inequalities, as well as intersectionality.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Online experience (e.g., facilitation of discussions online, CourseLink moderation).
- Online communication/facilitation skills; must enjoy facilitation of learning in online setting.
- Comfort leading seminar discussions related to topics covered in the course.
Substantive knowledge of course content demonstrated by undergraduate or graduate coursework, research area, or other professional development.
