Other Duties Described:
Under the supervision of an Educational Developer, Office of Teaching and Learning, the successful candidate will be responsible for:
-Refining the components of the Foundations certificate to launch in the Winter 2026 semester
-Developing, co-coordinating, and facilitating or co-facilitating workshops for Graduate Teaching Assistants on the topics of: lesson planning, grading, feedback, facilitating discussions, being an international TA, and other topics to be determined.
-Summarizing workshop feedback evaluation forms and providing summary reports to the Office of Teaching and Learning.
-Outreach, promotion, and communication with graduate students interested in teaching and learning to notify them of workshops and other relevant programming available through OTL. This may include drafting marketing and promotional materials, responding to and sending e-mails, and attending team meetings.
