All grading will include a grading scheme and firm deadline. 4) TAs are expected to arrive on time for each scheduled shift and stay for the duration of their allotted time slot. Assigned duties will vary week-to-week, based on assessment deadlines; TAs will be notified well in advance, and are expected to meet all deadlines and assigned shifts. Scheduling will be conducted with an overall goal of ensuring that all TAs meet their full work hour commitment by the end of the semester. 5) Shift switching – TAs will be required to follow a strict protocol for changing shifts, if needed.
