Qualifications
Required Qualifications: 
Dynamic individual with strong interpersonal skills and confidence when speaking in front of a large group of students, or engaging students in small group discussions and activities. Understanding of, and interest in, soft skill professional development activities. Good understanding of one or more of the following: time management strategies, interpersonal communication, collaboration and interdisciplinary work, public engagement, problem solving, critical thinking, and self-reflection skills.
Preferred Qualifications: 
Professional experience working outside of academia. Experience teaching or facilitating workshops to the general public or across disciplines. Working towards completion of a graduate degree in a scientific or agricultural field (preferably one that involves animals). Strong employment search and resume writing skills.
