Qualifications
Required Qualifications: 
Applicants should have extensive experience in equine management and a special knowledge of the course material. This includes competency in basic horse handling skills, grooming, vitals, BCS, hoof care, bandaging, conformation, colours and markings, lorinery and parasite management. Familiarity and competitive experience in showmanship is highly desirable. Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills and excellent skills in written and oral English are required. Experience teaching and grading assignments is an asset.
Preferred Qualifications: 
BBRM EQM, pony club, EC rider or coaching levels or equivalent equine education is desirable.
