Qualifications
Required Qualifications: 
Must be a registered senior BComm student; excellent oral communication skills with an explanation of how you know you have this skill
Preferred Qualifications: 
Experience with grading; excellent oral communication skills generally and also ability to convey complicated information clearly, supported by evidence which could include a reference letter about your skills from a former professor or GTA, or some other means of demonstrating these skills; conversation facilitation skills as well as demonstrated excellent organizational and computer skills in prior work experience; successful completion of MGMT*3030; completed Facilitation Skills workshop; prior MGMT*1000 TA experience.

Days and Times Required: 
Classes begin September 8th and run to December 2nd. Please see Web Advisor for seminar times. All UTAs must be available to attend an in-person training workshop on September 8th and 9th, 2026, as well as the Great Ethical Dilemma on December 4, 2026.
Period of the Work Assignment (Start Date and End Date):

Wage Rate (per hour, per semester, per Full-load 1.0 Work Assignment): 
UTA $31.26/hr effective 2025/26
