78 College Residence Development
The 78 College project responds directly to rising enrolment, strong housing demand, and the need to ensure students have access to safe, affordable, university‑managed housing. Purpose‑built residence facilities have been shown to improve student transition, retention, engagement, and wellbeing - all key priorities for the University of Guelph. The development also supports strategic long‑term enrolment goals and strengthens the University’s competitiveness for both domestic and international students. You can learn more about Our Time: The University of Guelph's Strategic Plan and our Real Estate Land Use Vision Strategy.
