Summary: 

Kelsey Taylor is an Assistant Professor of Supply Chain Management in the School of Hospitality, Food & Tourism Management. She received her PhD in Operations Management from Ivey Business School, Western University, and has a Master of Environment & Sustainability from Western University, and her BA in Sociology and Criminal Justice & Public Policy from the University of Guelph. 

Kelsey’s research focuses on how supply chains can be used as a tool to create a positive societal impact, both socially and environmentally. She has done extensive research on operations and supply chain management in social enterprises and other impact-focused business models like B Corps. Her research also examines societal value creation from an environmental perspective, including topics like circular supply chain management and regenerative supply chain management. 

Kelsey’s research has been published in top supply chain management and business journals including the Journal of Supply Chain Management, the International Journal of Operations & Production Management, Business Strategy and the Environment, Industrial Marketing Management and others.
