Minimally Invasive Procedures
The Minimally Invasive Procedures program delivers advanced diagnostic and therapeutic options for both companion animals and equine patients. From vascular stenting and laser‑assisted, camera‑guided surgery to high‑intensity focused ultrasound (HIFU) and targeted treatments that block blood flow to tumours or deliver localized chemotherapy, the program brings leading‑edge techniques to veterinary care.
For more than a decade, OVC has been at the forefront of minimally invasive procedures. This expanded program strengthens that foundation and creates new opportunities to develop innovative approaches that can benefit both animal and human health.
