For more than 160 years, the Ontario Veterinary College has been guided by a simple yet powerful principle: Opus Veterinum Civibus — the craft of the veterinarian is for the good of the nation. This focus on societal relevance and the “greater good” drives our commitment to excellence - to advance veterinary medicine, ensure access to care for all, and solve some of the world’s most pressing health and food security challenges.
