Monika, a Lang HAFA 2019 alum, also graduated in 2020 from the Canadian Food & Wine Institute, specializing in baking & and pastry arts. She brings with her an extensive depth of experience running her own business and is also a recipient of KML’s 2022 Top 30 Under 30 leadership recognition.
