About

Rogier Holtermans is an Associate Professor of Real Estate Finance at the Gordon S. Lang School of Business and Economics at the University of Guelph. Prior to becoming a faculty member with the real estate group at Guelph he was a Postdoctoral Scholar – Research Associate at the University of Southern California Lusk Center for Real Estate. His research is predominantly focused on climate change risk, energy efficiency, and sustainability in the real estate market specifically, and financial markets in general. Rogier holds a PhD in Finance from Maastricht University, The Netherlands.
