Dr. Sadaf Mollaei joins the school as an Assistant Professor and the Arrell Chair in the Business of Food. Dr. Mollaei brings with her a strong background in teaching and research in the area of food, focusing on consumer behaviour and decision-making in relation to sustainable food choices. As the Arrell Chair in the Business of Food, Dr. Mollaei will collaborate and build relationships with industry and academics across the University of Guelph to advance our understanding of sustainable food systems and their impact on both business and society.
