Students: How to Apply

  1. Submit the online URA Financial Need Assessment Form (NAF) using your University of Guelph central login and password. Complete NAFs will be assessed within 3-4 working days and applicants will be notified of their eligibility by email.
  2. Complete Form 2: University Student Profile.
  3. Attach an unofficial transcript (can be accessed through WebAdvisor).
  4. Attach the confirmation of financial need approval email you received from Student Financial Services.
  5. Forward all of this information to the contact person listed in the URA position you are applying for no later than 4:00 p.m. on February 27th. All postings will be removed from our website at 4:00 p.m. on February 27th and applications will not be accepted by the departments after this date and time.
