How do I bulk EMAIL my OFFERS of Appointment?

Emailing Offers of Appointment requires a status changes from Draft to Active.

It is recommended that you keep your Offers in Draft status until you are ready to make Active and Email. The Bulk feature allows you to:

  • change the Offer Status to Active, 
  • change the Offer Workflow Status to Offer Emailed and
  • add/edit the Date Emailed for the entire group of Offers you would like to extend.

Steps to complete Bulk Status Change to Email Offers

  1. Select the below filters to refine your search to have presented the Offers you would like to Bulk Edit.
  2. Next select the specific Offers you want to edit, or select all by using the "selection box on the far left", then select the Operations Button, "Bulk Change of Offer Status, Offer Workflow Status and Date Offer Emailed."
  3. Check mark one or both fields you would like to modify for the Offers you have selected. Modify the Offer Status to the appropriate "end" status you desire. Do the same for the Offer Workflow Statusand the Date Offer Emailed. Once ready then Select the "Next" button.
  4. Confirm the items you wish to modify. Select, the "confirm" button. The bulk status of Offers is now complete.
