1) Reviewing of DoM Information Checklist for Sessional Faculty (emailed to you prior to semester start up); 2) Completing one-time only three online UofG administrative training courses before the start of classes and uploading certificates of completion; 3) Maintaining CourseLink; 4) Submitting Deferred Exam and Marking Rubric to Academic Assistant prior to end of semester; 5) TA Coordination meetings if applicable

Successful teaching of courses or leading of seminars related to field at college or university level
Required competence, capability, skill and ability related to course content:

Research skills, knowledge of EDI; Demonstrated knowledge of the appropriate tools needed to recruit and select employees, identify related competencies, identify performance appraisal methods, and evaluate the effectiveness of these programs within the context of our Canadian legal framework.

Lecture: Wednesdays and Fridays 4:00 p.m. - 5:20 p.m.; Final Exam Period December 11 - 12 and Final Grade Submission Period to December 19, 2025.
