Required Qualifications
Degree: 
ABD related to field
Prior Teaching Experience: 
Successful teaching related to field at college or university level
High scores on teaching evaluations in the subject area
Required competence, capability, skill and ability related to course content: 
Demonstrated Knowledge in negotiation theory in addition to practical strategies and styles that can improve conflict management and negotiation skills. Management from a variety of perspectives, including as first party and as third party skills.

Days and Times Required: 
Lectures (Sept 4 - Nov 28): Section 1 Monday/Friday 2:30 PM - 3:50 PM and Section 2 Wednesday/Friday 11:30 AM - 12:50 PM; Final Exam Period December 1 - 12, and Grade Submission Period until December 19, 2025. **Clearly indicate which session your application is intended for**
