Degree: 
PhD related to field
Prior Teaching Experience: 
Successful teaching related to field at college or university level
Required competence, capability, skill and ability related to course content: 
Ph.D. in Marketing from an accredited institution (or a closely related discipline with a specialization in consumer behavior) completed by the start date of the appointment. Demonstrated expertise in consumer behavior, behavioral decision making, or marketing strategy. Evidence of excellence in university-level teaching, including experience teaching undergraduate marketing courses. Demonstrated ability to design and deliver engaging, applied, and experiential learning activities. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to foster an inclusive and student-centered learning environment.
Preferred Qualifications

Specific Preferred competence, capability, skill and ability related to course content: 
Experience teaching consumer behavior or closely related courses such as behavioral economics, marketing research, or marketing strategy. Experience developing new courses or revising curriculum. Experience using case-based, experiential, or industry-engaged teaching approaches. Evidence of scholarly activity in consumer behavior, decision making, or related areas. Experience incorporating current topics such as digital marketing, analytics, AI, or emerging consumer trends into undergraduate teaching.
