Required Qualifications
Degree: 
Masters related to field
A graduate degree in a related field, or an undergraduate degree combined with relevant professional qualifications and substantial real estate experience.
Prior Teaching Experience: 
Successful teaching related to field at college or university level
Experience teaching, training, facilitating workshops, or presenting complex professional material.
Required competence, capability, skill and ability related to course content: 
Required competence, capability, skill and ability related to course content: Strong knowledge of real estate transactions, contracts, leasing, and Ontario’s legal and regulatory environment. Must be able to translate complex concepts into clear, practical instruction and demonstrate strong communication and organizational skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Degree: 
Masters related to field
A relevant graduate or professional degree and/or recognized real estate credentials.
Prior Teaching Experience: 
Successful teaching related to field at college or university level.
Teaching or professional-training experience in a related field.
Specific Preferred competence, capability, skill and ability related to course content: 
Senior-level experience in real estate transactions, leasing, property management, or planning, with familiarity with Ontario real estate practices.
Days Required and Wages
Days and Times Required: 
Tuesday 7:00pm - 9:50pm
Period of the Work Agreement (Start Date and End Date): 
September 8, 2026 to January 7, 2027
Wages (per semester, per full-load): 
minimum $8,838.51 (effective 2025/26)
