Prior Teaching Experience: 
Successful teaching related to field at college or university level
Required competence, capability, skill and ability related to course content: 
The successful candidate will have a minimum of a Ph.D. degree in either Mechanical Engineering, or related engineering discipline. Successful completion of Undergraduate thermodynamics or equivalent course during an engineering undergraduate or graduate degree, detailed knowledge of course materials or demonstrated teaching experience in this or an equivalent course.

Specific Preferred competence, capability, skill and ability related to course content: 
The successful candidate will preferably have a Ph.D. degree in Mechanical Engineering or related engineering discipline. The candidate will have expertise in the following fields: HVAC and Building Engineering. Knowledge of applicable safety codes, policies, procedures. The applicant will have a strong commitment to teaching with the University level teaching experience in a related area.
Days Required and Wages
Days and Times Required: 
Lecture is 3 hours in length. A mutually agreeable date and time for this class will be worked out with successful candidate.
Period of the Work Agreement (Start Date and End Date): 
September 3, 2019 to December 20, 2019
Wages (per semester, per full-load): 
minimum $7,374.95 (pending collective bargaining; effective 2019/20)
