Other Duties Described: 
The candidate will be expected to prepare and deliver lectures and interact with students on a group and one-to-one basis. The course has an expected enrolment of 135 students. Up to 10 hours of lecture, preparation, interaction time with students and TAs, and office hours will be required on a weekly basis. Particular attention needs to be paid to the labs which are run by the TAs because the labs require group work and conflicts within groups need to be addressed quickly and effectively.

Degree: 
Masters related to field
Prior Teaching Experience: 
Successful teaching related to field at college or university level
Required competence, capability, skill and ability related to course content: 
Strong organizing skills to effectively coordinate and monitor TA run labs, which require intensive group work and preparation by students.
Preferred Qualifications

Masters related to field
Research Experience: 
Quality and or Recent Research activity in related field demonstrating knowledge of current developments in course content.

Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays, 1:30-2:20 pm Labs are Fridays, 8:30-10:20 am; 11:30-1:20 pm; 2:30-4:20 pm

Wages (per semester, per full-load): 
minimum $7,430.26 (effective 2019/20)
