Degree: 
ABD related to field
Prior Teaching Experience: 
Successful teaching related to field at college or university level
Required competence, capability, skill and ability related to course content: 
Please attach your up-to-date CV as well as teaching evaluation evidence to your application; Several years of work experience related to the field at managerial level in Canada; Demonstrated knowledge in how organizations develop employee skills through training and development programs, including adult learning principles, training needs assessments, training program design, instructional methodologies, coaching and mentoring, individualized development and program evaluation.
