Students are exposed to industry based and governmental based food safety leadership initiatives at both the regional and international levels.

MSc in Food Science, Food Safety, Quality Assurance and/or work experience in Food Safety Leadership
Prior Teaching Experience: 
No teaching experience required
Required competence, capability, skill and ability related to course content: 
Must have knowledge of food safety leadership. This includes knowledge of models and types of food safety culture, food safety leadership and standards, approaches to classifying and assessing food safety culture, fundamentals of food safety management, and crisis management and root cause analysis. Experience in area of food safety management would be an asset.
