The Managerial Accounting course builds on the concepts and techniques taught in Accounting II. It focuses on the uses of financial information for profit planning, budgeting and decision- making. It examines how volume, price, product mix, product costs and organizational activities relate to one another, the inter-dependence of the financial and capital structures and the setting of corporate objectives and priorities.
