Prior Teaching Experience: 
Successful teaching related to field at college or university level
Required competence, capability, skill and ability related to course content: 
The successful candidate will have a graduate degree in an agricultural discipline (e.g. soil science, agronomy) and experience with production system design. The successful candidate will have experience with organic systems, as demonstrated through either a publication record or work experience in organic farming. The candidate will have teaching experience at the university level.

Successful teaching related to field at college or university level.
Research Experience: 
Quality and or Recent Research activity in related field demonstrating knowledge of current developments in course content.

The preferred candidate will have many years of successful undergraduate teaching as demonstrated by strong teaching evaluations. The preferred candidate will have a PhD in an agricultural discipline related to production and several years experience with organic production.
