Graduate/undergraduate teaching experience
Required competence, capability, skill and ability related to course content: 
The successful candidate will have a M.A.Sc. or Ph.D. degree in Engineering. Successful completion of courses such as engineering design and research methodology or equivalent courses during an engineering undergraduate or graduate degree, detailed knowledge of course materials or demonstrated teaching experience in this or an equivalent course. Must have excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.

Successful teaching related to field at college or university level.
Specific Preferred competence, capability, skill and ability related to course content: 
The successful candidate will preferably have a M.A.Sc. or Ph.D. degree in Engineering. The candidate will have expertise in the following field: engineering design and research methodology. The candidate should demonstrate teaching effectiveness, particularly in engineering design and research methodology. The successful candidate will have a strong commitment to teaching with the University level, and knowledge of the engineering design pedagogy. They will preferably have engineering experience designing products, processes or systems.
