Successful teaching related to field at college or university level

Previous experience with small group facilitation, student feedback and coaching.
Required competence, capability, skill and ability related to course content: 
Effective communication skills, the ability to work to deadlines and the ability to assess multiple forms of communication are required. Candidate will have a strong background in small group facilitation, feedback and coaching. The candidate should have prior experience teaching and/ or researching clinical communication within a veterinary context. Positive teaching evaluations from students would be an asset. An understanding of the Calgary Cambridge guide would also be an asset. Experience with supervising and providing feedback to others is recommended.
