Masters in Adult Learning
Prior Teaching Experience: 
Successful teaching related to field at college or university level
Required competence, capability, skill and ability related to course content: 
1) Demonstrated experience in support a broad array of non-traditional and first-year student populations in the development of learning skills, self-efficacy, and resilience. 2) Experience in applying evidence-based approaches to teaching and learning, especially as they apply to non-traditional and first-year students. 3) Demonstrated knowledge of current research in learning and development theories, metacognitive strategies, and strategies that promote self-efficacy and resilience. 4) Proven history of applying course content to teaching and learning contexts at the college or university level.

Days and Times Required: 
No set days and times for development work. Development schedule will be determined collaboratively with the assigned digital learning design specialist.

Wages (per semester, per full-load): 
minimum $8,519.05 (effective 2024/25)
