Required competence, capability, skill and ability related to course content:
Expert knowledge in the fundamental and applied aspects of plant ecology, focusing on the roles of functional traits, physiological mechanisms, life history strategies, abiotic constraints, and biotic interactions in influencing plant distribution and abundance. Highly experienced in plant ecology research in field settings with demonstrated excellence in experimental design and statistical analysis. Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal). Preference will be given to candidates who have a strong familiarity with teaching practice in the department and familiarity with specific course content.
