AS PART OF THE ORIENTATION PROCESS, IF YOU HAVEN'T ALREADY DONE SO, YOU WILL BE REQUIRED TO COMPLETE THREE ON-LINE COURSES RELATED TO ACCESSIBILITY AND WORKER HEALTH & SAFETY. IF THIS PERTAINS TO YOU FURTHER INFORMATION WILL BE FORTHCOMING BEFORE CLASSES START IN A SEPARATE EMAIL FROM THE ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT.

Required Qualifications
Degree: 
Masters related to field
PhD in progress related to field
Prior Teaching Experience: 
Successful teaching related to field at college or university level
Required competence, capability, skill and ability related to course content: 
M.A. (preferably PhD) in History or related discipline. Successful experience in teaching college or university level History courses, evidence of ongoing scholarship as demonstrated through peer-reviewed publications and conference presentations.
Preferred Qualifications
Degree: 
PhD related to field
Prior Teaching Experience: 
Successful teaching related to field at college or university level.
Experience teaching in an online distance education formart
Research Experience: 
Quality and or Recent Research activity in related field demonstrating knowledge of current developments in course content.
Specific Preferred competence, capability, skill and ability related to course content: 
Quality and/or recent research activity related to Environmental History. Teaching and/or research expertise in the subject matter of the course will be considered an asset.
