Exam preparation and marking, including deferred exams as well as preparing and submitting course marks. If there are any students in the course who do not complete a major final assessment (e.g., final project or final exam), you are required to assign a grade of INC and to provide a deferred assessment with detailed grading scheme to the department before the end of your contract.

Masters related to field
Prior Teaching Experience: 
Successful teaching related to field at college or university level
Required competence, capability, skill and ability related to course content: 
The successful candidate will have a minimum of a Master’s degree in either Environmental Engineering, Water Resources Engineering, or related engineering discipline. Successful completion of ENGG*2130 or equivalent course during an engineering undergraduate or graduate degree or demonstrated teaching experience in an equivalent course.

PhD in progress related to field
Prior Teaching Experience: 
Successful teaching related to field at college or university level.
Specific Preferred competence, capability, skill and ability related to course content: 
The candidate will be extremely familiar with the field of Environmental Engineering, including topics related to air, water and soil, and current environmental concerns and regulatory approaches (e.g., sustainability, climate change, remediation and restoration). The candidate should have a demonstrated understanding of the breadth of environmental engineering and a deep understanding of sustainability including environmental and social dimensions. They should have familiarity with legislation and approaches relevant to the field (especially in Canada). They should have experience with instruments and other tools used in both lab and field work. Experience in teaching and assessment of competencies beyond knowledge base such as communication, teamwork and lifelong learning.
