Degree: 
PhD in progress related to field
Prior Teaching Experience: 
Successful teaching related to field at college or university level
Required competence, capability, skill and ability related to course content: 
In-depth knowledge of plant propagation techniques and underlying biology including seed biology, traditional vegetative propagation, and micropropagation. An ability to effectively interact with students in a lecture (PowerPoint presentations and discussions) and hands-on labs setting (demonstrations, data collection, interpretations).Effective time management and plant growth scheduling and supervising TA.
